Carina Riezebos
Ze genoot haar opleiding aan de Design Academie Eindhoven en de Hogeschool voor de kunsten Arnhem. Als industrieel ontwerper in glas en kristal slaat ze een brug tussen kunst en toepassing. Altijd op zoek naar uitdaging, vernieuwing en ontwikkeling van nieuwe technieken. Haar eigen collectie, onder de naam CARINA, straalt kwaliteit en eigenzinnigheid uit. Royal Leerdam Crystal erkende haar vakmanschap en stelde haar aan als eerste vrouwelijke hoofdontwerper. Met haar kennis, ervaring, tomeloze inzet en enthousiasme weet ze mensen en organisaties te inspireren. Als art director voor bedrijven is ze het vliegwiel voor creatieve innovaties en geeft ze met haar strategisch advies richting aan de productenportfolio. Een belangrijk ontwerpmotief hierbij is het creëren van toegevoegde waarde voor de consument. Dit leidt tot krachtig en buitengewoon design in een toegankelijke vormentaal. De productcollecties tonen de unieke kwaliteiten van het bedrijf en voorzien in de behoeften van de afzetmarkt.
Carina Riezebos stoelt op drie pijlers:

Onder haar eigen merklabel ontwikkelt en produceert ze productcollecties op het snijvlak van kunst en toepassing.

Ze voert voor meerdere bedrijven de art direction, waaronder Blok Plaatmateriaal.

Door haar grote kennis van de markt en de maakindustrie produceert ze ontwerpen van andere bedrijven en designers.
